5.8. Ombra will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation problems.
5.9. In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason.
5.10. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Ombra in writing within the 14-day period. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
5.11. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5.12. If a product is defetive or damaged upon delivery, the customer must contact us within a reasonable time, providing photographic evidence where applicable. In such cases, Ombra will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
5.13. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products and made-to order jewelry pieces.
5.14. Ombra offers handcrafted and artisanal products. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece, not defects. While we make every effort to accurately display products on our website, we cannot guarantee that screen displays perfectly reflect the final product.
5.15. Ownership of products will transfer to you once we have received full payment. Until then, the products will remain the property of Ombra.
